Refund policy

To return an item, please use our Contact form. Please let us know:

  1. Your order number
  2. Whether there was anything wrong with the item
  3. If there was something wrong with the item, please let us know whether you'd like a refund or replacement

Gift cards are non-refundable.

Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If you are within the 30-day return window and located in the U.S., we'll issue a prepaid return label and provide return instructions. If you're located outside the U.S., we'll provide return instructions, but you'll be responsible for the return shipping on your order.

If your order was delivered more than 30 days ago, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or replacement.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Items not in their original packaging will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it and send you an email to let you know if we've approved your return. If is return is accepted, we'll issue a refund or send the replacement. If a refund is issued, a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method, which may take a few days to appear in your account.

While we do have a generous returns policy, to keep our prices low, we don't continue to do business with customers who have return rates that we consider to be exceptionally high compared to our typical customers. If you're nearing the threshold for what we consider to be an exceptionally high return rate, we'll let you know. If additional returns are made after that, we reserve the right to stop accepting orders due to excessive returns. If we do so, it will not impact your ability to make returns from existing orders requested within 30 days of delivery.
